Portfolio Heatmap-Infringement: Continuous EOU Search

• Expanded Evidence Discovery: Continuously search for additional EOU on any claim limitation — going beyond your initial results using AI-suggested queries or your own to uncover new potential evidence.
• Redesigned Document Layout: The document view has been updated with a cleaner, more intuitive layout to support a smoother analysis experience such as intuitively mapping association between ratings.

Office Action: Expanded Workflow Capabilities

• US Response Templates: A new templating system brings powerful, flexible drafting directly into your OA response workflow. Choose from templates across all major rejection types — 101, 102, 103, 112, Double Patenting, and Objections — and generate responses with full AI assistance, inline prompting, context selection, and team-wide sharing capabilities. EU templates are coming soon.
• UK Office Action Support: Patlytics now supports UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) office actions, extending our international prosecution coverage alongside USPTO and EPO.

Drafting: Figure Management

• Figure Label & Reference Numeral Auto-Sync: Figure labels and reference numerals now stay automatically in sync with your draft. Make updates in the figure panel and they reflect in your  editor in real time — with built-in stale detection to flag anything that's out of date.
• Bulk Figure Download: Export all figures as a single PDF to simplify preparation of materials for filing.

Invalidity: Priority Date Picker

• Priority Date Selection: A new priority date picker ensures your prior art search is scoped correctly from the start. Patlytics automatically surfaces all relevant application numbers and priority dates from your subject patent's cover page, with the filing date pre-selected as a default — adjustable at any time before running your search.

SEP: LTE + Audio Standards Support

• LTE (TS 36) Coverage: SEP analysis now extends to LTE standards with support for Release 8 and above - broadening the range of standards available for your essentiality analysis. Patlytics now supports 782 TS document graphs.
• Audio Standard Coverage: Release 19 for IVAS (TS 26.25x) and EVS (TS 26.44x-45x)

Project Patents: Claim Construction Module

• Dedicated Claim Construction Module: Claim construction is now a dedicated module within Project Patents. Select up to 10 claims per patent, manage term interpretations with specification citations, and apply consistent constructions across all selected claims in one centralized workspace.
