Vashe Kanesarajah is Managing Director for Europe at Patlytics, leading European operations from London after 20+ years in AI, IP, and strategy — most recently as VP of Strategy at Clarivate, where he sat on the IP division's executive leadership team overseeing portfolio strategy, acquisitions, and product across 30+ countries.
He’s worked across law firms, R&D organisations, and government IP offices in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, speaks regularly on patent intelligence and AI in patent practice, and holds a master's in intellectual property and a degree in mechanical engineering.
Paul Ashcraft is on the Customer Success team at Patlytics, bringing a patent agent's expertise in the chemical arts, oil and gas, and artificial intelligence after most recently serving as Lead Intellectual Asset Manager at Technip Energies, where he oversaw a top-50 U.S. patent portfolio and responded to nearly 1,000 office actions.
He previously worked as an Attorney at RoBuildX and Patent Agent at Pearson, and earlier as a Senior Associate at Morae, building deep experience in freedom-to-operate searches, invalidity analysis, and training scientists and business teams on IP protection and competitive intelligence.
