The Session

Nash Ream joins Foley & Lardner’s Chris McKenna on where AI is earning its place in patent practice and how attorney judgment still has to lead.

Drawing on Foley’s experience as a client and co-design partner, they’ll dig into drafting, office actions, invalidity, FTO, and portfolio work, with room for live audience Q&A.

Nash Ream
Customer Success Lead, Patlytics

Nash’s career sits at the intersection of IP, finance, and technology from preparing expert and damages reports at Ocean Tomo, to advising on IP-based M&A and financing as Vice President at Houlihan Lokey, to building KPMG's IP advisory practice from the ground up. That path gave him a firsthand view of where existing patent analytics tools fall short, which is what drew him to Patlytics: a platform bringing validity, infringement, and valuation together in one place. Now he is using his past expertise and knowledge to help Patlytics continue its growth.
