In Practice:
Finding Patent Licensing and Monetization Targets with AI
Most patent portfolios hold licensing value that never gets explored. Join Patlytics live to see how AI helps IP teams move from portfolio to opportunity.

Finding the right counterparties has traditionally meant weeks of manual research across claims, products, and market data, so high-value opportunities go untouched. This Lexology session looks at where that process breaks down and how law firms and in-house teams are using AI to close the gap, with attorney oversight at every step.
Target Discovery
Connect patents to the products, companies, and use cases most likely to practice them, without weeks of manual research.
Prioritization
Rank licensing and monetization targets by relevance and potential value, so your team works on the strongest opportunities first.
Verification
Check every AI finding against its citations before outreach, so attorneys still make the final call.

Nash’s career sits at the intersection of IP, finance, and technology from preparing expert and damages reports at Ocean Tomo, to advising on IP-based M&A and financing as Vice President at Houlihan Lokey, to building KPMG's IP advisory practice from the ground up.
That path gave him a firsthand view of where existing patent analytics tools fall short, which is what drew him to Patlytics: a platform bringing validity, infringement, and valuation together in one place. Now he is using his past expertise and knowledge to help Patlytics continue its growth.
