Nash’s career sits at the intersection of IP, finance, and technology from preparing expert and damages reports at Ocean Tomo, to advising on IP-based M&A and financing as Vice President at Houlihan Lokey, to building KPMG's IP advisory practice from the ground up. That path gave him a firsthand view of where existing patent analytics tools fall short, which is what drew him to Patlytics: a platform bringing validity, infringement, and valuation together in one place. Now he is using his past expertise and knowledge to help Patlytics continue its growth.
Paul Ashcraft is on the Customer Success team at Patlytics, bringing a patent agent's expertise in the chemical arts, oil and gas, and artificial intelligence after most recently serving as Lead Intellectual Asset Manager at Technip Energies, where he oversaw a top-50 U.S. patent portfolio and responded to nearly 1,000 office actions.
He previously worked as an Attorney at RoBuildX and Patent Agent at Pearson, and earlier as a Senior Associate at Morae, building deep experience in freedom-to-operate searches, invalidity analysis, and training scientists and business teams on IP protection and competitive intelligence.
