Jacob Karsch Joins Patlytics as Chief of Staff to CEO and Co-Founder Paul Lee

We’re excited to welcome Jacob K. to Patlytics as Chief of Staff to CEO and Co-Founder, Paul Lee.

In this role, Jacob will lead strategic initiatives across corporate development, finance, and company-wide execution as we continue to scale Patlytics.

After earning his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, Jacob began his career in investment banking at Moelis & Company, where he worked on structured financing solutions for growth and late-stage businesses. He later transitioned into early-stage technology, focusing on scaling finance operations, business strategy, and GTM strategy.

Jacob was drawn to legal technology by the scale and complexity of the IP and patent ecosystem, which he sees as a generational challenge well-suited for agentic AI. He joined Patlytics because he believes the product and the team are uniquely positioned to modernize how IP work gets done.

We’re excited to have him on board as we enter our next phase of growth.
