IP Counsel Cafe: Fall Meeting
Fifteen years running, IP Counsel Café is a community where IP leaders network, share strategy, and drive change. Patlytics is showing up to become a part of that community.
Agenda sessions dig into USPTO changes, PTAB trends, and where AI tools actually deliver ROI, all under the main theme of “Navigating IP Strategy Through AI, Uncertainty, & Budget Pressure”. Patlytics will have a booth on the floor, ready to talk through the question underneath it all: where AI replaces manual work, and why human judgment is still required.
“How to Engage Inventors to Get the Patents that You Want: Inventorship in the Age of AI”
Andy Riley, Senior Legal Engineer & IP Counsel
A discussion on how engaging inventors and inventorship as a whole are being reshaped as AI becomes more prominent in the industry.
End-to-end lifecycle support
From prep and prosecution through invalidity, infringement, FTO and licensing — one platform across every stage.
Hours, not months
Invalidity and infringement analysis that used to take months now runs in hours without cutting corners.
Capture the invention
AI-assisted invention disclosure turns inventor input into a structured, review-ready IDF.
